Refund & cancellation policy

Refunds

This is a digital product that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. For that reason we do not offer refunds after the download link has been opened.

We will refund you in full if:

• your payment went through but you never received the download link, and we cannot fix it;
• the file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

To request a refund, email ebookbysagar@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, because delivery is instant. Please look through the sample pages before you buy.

Delivery

Nothing is posted to you. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download page opens. If you cannot find your download, write to ebookbysagar@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will send the file to you directly.

The file is a PDF sized for A4 paper. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer and can be printed at home or at a print shop.
